I’ve bought the trifle to work for our end of month social event. I added tequila infused strawberries to the jelly and cherries. It’s pretty potent… It also has Top Deck chocolate grated on top.

The Hilton was surprisingly great last night. Food by Luke Mangan, Simon Bryant (from The Cook & The Chef) and Ramon Frexia + an unlimited supply of champagne. Kind of wish I could do it again tonight…. Am going to attempt a trifle instead (cake, jelly, custard, cherries, cream, sherry - yum!)

Going to the Hilton tonight for their 4th Birthday event. A bit concerned as it is in the “Meet Zone” (as apposed to the Eat & Play zones - see link) and the dress code is business attire…. It better be good!
